Product Availability

The availability of each item sold on HasbroPulse.com is shown on the product description page. Product availability is subject to change at any time.

• Most in-stock items ship within one business day of order placement (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). By “shipped,” we mean the item has left our fulfillment center.
• Some items are offered as pre-orders and will ship once they become available.

Shipping Address

We are currently shipping to all US States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses. When you set up your account, you may save a shipping address for future orders. Updates to saved addresses apply only to future orders.

Cancellations

Once an item has begun preparing for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.

• Pre-ordered items may be cancelled while the Cancel this item option is visible in your Order History. If this option is no longer visible, the item has begun preparing for shipment.
• In-stock items may be cancelled within 60 minutes of order confirmation at checkout by following the same steps.

If you placed a guest order, you’ll need to create an account or contact customer service to cancel it.

For Crowdfunded Products (HasLab)

Estimated Shipping Dates
If a HasLab campaign reaches the required minimum number of backers by the campaign deadline (the “Project Backing Period," which is the time from campaign launch through the campaign deadline), the project will proceed to production. Estimated shipment dates vary by campaign. Please refer to the individual HasLab project page for the most up-to-date information.

Shipping Address
We are currently shipping to all US States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses and Canada. Please note we cannot ship to a P.O. Box or any other country at this time.

Shipping Options
Standard shipping to the contiguous United States is included for Pulse Premium members. Shipping and handling charges for non-Pulse Premium members are calculated at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply for non-contiguous US locations and Canada and will be calculated at the time of shipment. For campaign-specific shipping options, rates, and eligibility, please refer to the individual HasLab product (campaign) page. No P.O. Boxes.

Cancellations

HasLab crowdfunded orders may be cancelled at any time before the campaign ends by navigating to your Order History and selecting Cancel this item. Once the campaign has ended, you may request a cancellation within 15 days by contacting customer service.
